Flowers and plants are natural, seasonal products, so exact varieties, colors, and containers may vary from the photographs shown. To provide the freshest arrangement possible, our designer may make substitutions when necessary.
Any substitution will be of comparable or greater quality and value. We will make every effort to preserve the arrangement’s overall color palette, size, style, and feeling.
For arrangements featuring a single flower or plant variety, such as roses or orchids, we will prioritize matching the flower or plant type or choose one of similar quality. If the requested color is unavailable, another color may be substituted.
Vases, planters, and decorative elements may also be replaced with a comparable option when the item shown is unavailable.
